You're absolutely right, I didn't recognize your name from NFNF! You've probably guessed, that's exactly the sort of support community we're building here. Doesn't that list-bot seem like the dark ages now? Just being able to share photos is more than we imagined. hmmm... but a convention in Las Vegas, now THAT's something to aim for!

Welcome, Paul! 20 years as a pastor's husband? YDW (your dear wife) must have been in the first wave of ordained women.

So what roles do you fill in the local congregation? Me, I'm the general trouble-maker and sermon reviewer.

Profile Information

Introducing Myself:
I am a long term "Sidekick" that has enjoyed the role of clergy spouse for over twenty years. No particular personal difficulities with this particular designation. Many people already were not sure what to do with me let alone what to do with me as a clergy spouse.
My Joys:
My life, my family, the various roles that I am currently fulfilling in my local congregation and presbytery.
My Frustrations:
Probably similiar to my joys. To many tasks and not enough time. I am learning to pace myself but at times just have to swtep back and get away from the commitments for a few days.
